We understand the importance of maintaining quality standards determined by Insurance companies on a monthly basis, Our specialized service gives us the ability to readjust all appointment criteria with changing rates, With your knowledge in the community you serve, will make the right corrections assuring Quality standards and contribute our solutions to storm-affected areas, together delivering a well-done service all year long in the communities we serve.
Each lead is agreed to meet the following criteria: Residental leads
Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
a) Located in agreed target area.
b) A Homeowner is present for agreed time of inspection.
c) Single Family Home – Not a duplex or townhome.
d) Property is Insured.
e) Property is not Under Contract with Another Contractor.
f) Property has not been Denied Coverage from the agreed storm date.
g) Homeowner allows for Inspection at the agreed time.
h) Property has an agreed roof material type, by default all Asphalt Roofs are deemed acceptable.
i) Roof is over 2 years of age unless otherwise agreed in writing.
j) Record will not be sold to any other contractor at any period of time all records will be stored documented.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Trial Records Provisions
At no time is the Purchaser bound to any further obligation and may request refund of undelivered or unqualified leads as defined herein. Service will verify all contested leads and if proven to be as such will credit within a period of time not to exceed 48 hours on a record per record basis.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to:
a) Check service portals or emails for new delivery of appointments.
b) Attend Appointment at the date and time indicated. Failure to attend is deemed accepted purchase.
c) Record any un-qualified appointment within 2-business days in the Service email located at firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Our customers have the right to modify any criteria changes with a 3-day notice prior to any new terms taking effect, extra cost may apply per-lead determined by constituting changes with a sole agreement.
